Application

Hydrolyzed corn protein is produced by hydrolyzing high-quality corn protein under the action of specific protease. It is rich in glutamic acid, leucine, proline, etc. it has strong affinity and is easy to be absorbed by the skin. In addition, the hydrolysates of corn protein are mainly polypeptides and free amino acids, which have good solubility and can completely dissolve in water in a large pH range. At the same time, hydrolyzed corn protein has strong cell protection and scavenging activity of intracellular reactive oxygen species, strong antioxidant and scavenging ability of free radicals.
